Isus impotriva religiei

[Religion might preach grace, but another thing they practice
Tend to ridicule God’s people, they did it to John The Baptist
They can’t fix their problems, and so they just mask it
Not realizing religions like spraying perfume on a casket
See the problem with religion, is it never gets to the core

I’ve already said that I don’t think “religion” is the right term for what Bethke is talking about. But he has done a great job here of describing false religion. Jesus blasted the Pharisees for being “whitewashed tombs,” for looking beautiful on the outside and full of dead people’s bones on the inside, for appearing righteous but being full of hypocrisy and lawlessness (Matt. 23:27-28). It is possible for churches and churchgoers to have the reputation for being alive, but actually be dead (Rev. 3:1). Some churches claim to love grace, but all they give you is legalism. Recunosc ca nu stiu foarte multe despre republicani( am dat un search pe wikipedia si am gasit doar cateva informatii sumare), nu stiu exact cu ce se confrunta sau ce l-a detarminat pe tanar sa scrie acest peom, si nici nu stiu exact la ce se refera  cand spune "religie", ori daca termenul este corect folosit.
Insa daca se refera la iudaism, sau ceva asemanator, in mare parte este corect ceea ce spune aici. Si daca Hristos lipseste, atunci ceea ce fac, sau traiesc se cheama religie. A nu se confunda religia cu crestinismul. Religii sunt si islamul, si budismul.


In seara asta am dat peste altceva care m-a pus pe ganduri. cautam ceva pe internet legat de muzica rock, stiu ca era un articol care a aparut si in revista "Pe Calea credintei" si am gasit ceva legat de Proconsul. Iata ce am gasit.

Poate ca cel care a scris este prea radical, la fel ca Bethke.
Eu una as fi curioasa sa aflu cum gandeste Bodo acum. Sper ca Dumnezeu sa-i descopere tot mai mult din lucrurile Lui, si acele "spectacole"/ "concerte" sa fie inlocuite de o inchinare reala.


Dar ma gandesc ca este un fapt real. Si nu se intampla numai in Raul Vietii. Daca si tanarul acela se confrunta cu acelasi lucru? Daca nu e la fel in multe biserici din America: doar spectacol?


Nu inseamna ca sunt in totalitate de acord cu ceea ce a spus... insa e bine sa luam ceea ce este bun, si sa ne gandim la asta.


In concluzie eu zic ca acest filmulet poate fi un semnal de alarma, un poem care sa ne cerceteze... sau pur si simplu ceva gresit si neinspirat.

Aceasta melodie imi aminteste cine sunt in Hristos, si-mi schimba perspectiva.

Imi doresc sa privesc in aceeasi directie in care priveste El, sa ma bucur in El si, anul acesta si intreaga mea viata sa fie spre slava si gloria Lui.
